Customers can choose between instant delivery or schedule their orders at a convenient time, ensuring flexibility to suit their needs. With a user-friendly interface, real-time tracking, and secure payment options, GrabMart aims to make everyday shopping more convenient and accessible.

Terms and Conditions

  • Valid for GrabMart booking in the Philippines.
  • The Grab eGift can only be used for a single transaction on the Grab app. Any unutilized amount will be forfeited.
  • The recipient must save the voucher on the Grab app of the user account using a mobile device only. It can't be redeemed via a computer, desktop, or any website.
  • Once successfully redeemed, go to the My Rewards section in the Grab app to locate the voucher. The GrabGift voucher is valid for 180 days from the date you first open the eGift. Expired vouchers will not be extended.
  • The voucher does not apply to surcharges and platform fees, cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or points.
  • The Grab eGift may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.
  • Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The eGift may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of Grab.
